Perfect book for imperfect timesNov 03, 2008
By Tom J. Burke I was worrying about how difficult it would be to sell my house is such uncertain times when I came across this book. I recognized Ray Cooper's name because he has a real estate office in a neighboring town. On a lark I purchased the book.
I found a clear, conscise, step by step process of not only selling my house in this difficult market, but getting top dollar and, most importantly, doing it fast. It sometimes goes against conventional wisdom to believe that selling something fast is also selling at top dollar. But this book convinced me that if you market you home right and avail yourself of all the strategies described in this book, you will get your best offer quickest.
The authors have put together a comprehensive bible for selling real estate. All this time I thought my home was my best investment. Maybe it was really this book. It sured paid off quicker!

By NY Finance Chic The authors did a superb job at providing unique and innovative ideas in this fully comprehensive and thorough MUST-READ guide to selling a House fast in THIS slow Real Estate market.
After reading this book cover-to-cover, we meticulously followed every piece of advice and strategy recommended. From staging, to carefully selecting the best Real Estate agent, including listing and advertising strategies, this book covered it all. Not only did our house sell in 4 days - we received 5 offers including one full-price offer followed with a backup offer above full-price! We continued to follow the books' recommendations and made sure to choose the best buyers that WE wanted based on their qualifications, and got it into contract as soon as possible. The proven techniques from this book saved us a tremendous amount of hassle, emotional aggravation and most importantly our time!
In this market, with all the uncertainty out there, people are hesitant to buy. However, if you follow the unique ideas in this book to motivate people and generate the right interest from qualified buyers, you may have a shot at selling YOUR House FAST in this SLOW Real Estate market! This book is highly recommended and I can't thank Ray and Bill enough!!

By S. Wagstaff As a real estate investor who has done dozens of transactions, I know the most important part of the whole thing is being able to sell, and sell quickly. I particularly liked the chapters on open houses and negotiating. This book was a quick but very good read, gave me tons of ideas and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to sell a house.

A Great Manual From Two Real Estate Experts!May 13, 2009
By K. Convery I will be selling my house soon, so I decided to buy this book. After reading it, I now feel extremely prepared to begin the process. This book is FULL of very educational information from two authors with years of experience in real estate. It's so helpful for a novice like me. They have managed to condense all of their knowledge into a concise manual that tells the reader exactly what to do to sell quickly in this down market (and if you hire an agent, they tell you how to find the best one!). It includes easy-to-follow, common-sense professional advice, with real-world examples to help illustrate their points. They demonstrate that knowledge is power, and show you how to be in control of your sale. I highly recommend it. If you need to sell your property, buy this book now!

"Real Estate Maverick"
This book hits the market when things are tough in the market for sellers and provides great advice. I am a real estate broker with 22 years experience and I can vouch that the principles in this book work if you apply them. So many sellers (and brokers) got lazy when the market was up and forgot the basic principles of selling a house and this book lays it out in a simple format. The chapter on negotiating is excellent!
